If you regularly travel between Spain and your home country and want to see your trusted GP or specialist there, Prestigio is the answer. If you have a chronic condition managed by a specialist not in the Caser network, Prestigio. If you simply hate the idea of being told which doctor to see, Prestigio. For everyone else, Integral covers the same hospital + outpatient at roughly half the price, just without the worldwide-reimbursement freedom.

In network, you pay nothing per visit (no copay, no deductible) - it's all bundled into the monthly premium. Out of network, you pay the specialist or hospital directly, then submit invoices through the customer area or by post. Caser reimburses 80 to 90% of the charge within 10 working days, capped at €210,000 per insured per year. Typical out-of-network use cases: a private specialist in Madrid not on the Caser list, surgery at a private clinic in Barcelona, or treatment at a specialist clinic in your home country.

How fast is reimbursement?

Are pre-existing conditions covered?
