We act as an insurance intermediary. We help you compare and obtain insurance products from insurers operating in Spain.

We only collect data that is necessary to provide quotes, manage your requests and comply with legal obligations. This may include:

• Email address, phone / mobile / WhatsApp number
• Postal address, postcode, town / province
• Passport / NIE / NIF number

Insurance-related information

Depending on the product, this can include for example:

• Car details (brand, model, registration, year, fuel type, use, drivers, claims history)
• Property details (address, type of property, size, construction year, use, contents value, security measures)
• Business details (company name, CIF, business activity, premises, employees, stock and contents values)
• Boat details (type of boat, engines, speed, use, competition)

• Health / personal details needed for health, accident or life insurance (date of birth, profession, basic health information where strictly necessary)

We do not intentionally collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

5. Who we share your data with

To provide our services we may share your data with:

• Insurance companies and underwriters we work with in Spain (for example, your data may be shared with insurers such as Caser and other partners when necessary to prepare quotes or issue policies).
• Service providers (IT hosting, CRM, email, form tools, analytics, etc.) acting as processors under our instructions.
• Public authorities, regulators or courts when we are legally required to do so.

We do not sell your personal data.

If we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure an adequate level of protection, for example by using the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards, where required by law.
