In 2011, Maya Kallio founded expatinsurances.es with a simple mission: make Spanish insurance accessible to the international community. As an expat herself, Maya understood the challenges of navigating bureaucracy in a foreign language.

What began as a small office on the Costa del Sol, helping British retirees understand their insurance options, has evolved into a comprehensive service supporting expats from across Europe, North America, and beyond.

Today, we're proud to have helped over 15,000 individuals and families find the right insurance coverage in Spain.
