How it differs from Integral
Both Adapta+Dental and Integral give you hospital and outpatient. The trade-off comes down to dental versus pharmacy.
Adapta+Dental wins on dental (40 free services vs. 14) and on cost predictability (no copay). Integral wins on pharmacy reimbursement (50% of pharmacy costs back, up to €100/yr per insured) and is sometimes cheaper at the entry tier depending on age.
If your kids need braces, fillings or regular dentist visits, choose Adapta+Dental. If you take regular prescription medication, Integral is the better fit. If you're not sure, WhatsApp us and we'll run both quotes.

What is Sonrisa Esencial?
Sonrisa Esencial is the dental component bundled into Adapta+Dental: 40 dental services free of charge (cleanings, fillings, extractions, periodontics and more), plus discounted prices on everything else through the Caser dental network.
How is Adapta+Dental different from Integral?
Both include hospital and outpatient. Adapta+Dental adds full dental cover (40 free services), runs on a no-copay model (except €9 for psychology), and is positioned for young families. Integral has only basic dental (14 free services) but offers pharmacy and optician reimbursement Adapta doesn't.
Do I really pay nothing per visit?
Correct - the only per-visit charge is €9 per psychology session. GP, specialists, diagnostics, hospital admissions and the 40 dental services are all included in the fixed monthly premium with no copay.
How much does it cost?

Are children's dental treatments included?
Yes - paediatric dentistry under 15 is complimentary, except for orthodontics, endodontics and prostheses (which are still heavily discounted via the dental network).
Is there a medical questionnaire?
Yes - a brief health declaration. No physical check-up is required. Some conditions can be excluded by the insurer based on the answers.
Can I add hospital cover later if I start with Médica?
Yes - at renewal you can move from Médica to Adapta+Dental or Integral without losing seniority. Talk to us before deciding.
Will I get a private room in hospital?
Yes - single private room with companion bed for every admission.
How does the no-copay psychology charge work?
If you book a psychology session, you pay €9 directly to the practitioner. The insurance covers the rest. Capped at 20 sessions/yr (40 for eating disorders).
What if I'm abroad?
Up to €15,000/yr per insured for medical expenses outside Spain, plus repatriation, medication delivery, companion travel and interpreter services.
