Is there a medical questionnaire?
No - there's no questionnaire and no waiting periods. Cover starts on day one.
Are children included?
Yes - children under 15 get free paediatric dentistry (check-ups, caries prevention, gum care). Major treatments (orthodontics, endodontics, prostheses) are discounted, not free.
What's the difference between Smile Essential and Smile Perfect?
Smile Essential is the basic plan - 40 free services plus discounted treatments at €9.80/mo. Smile Perfect adds 24-hour medical/paediatric advice, 24-hour emergency dental, pharmacy reimbursement (up to €40/yr), and dentascan diagnostic imaging at €12.10/mo.
Can I take Smile Essential alongside a health insurance plan?
Yes - and we often recommend it. Most health plans (e.g. Médica, Integral) include only basic dental (14 services). Adding Smile Essential gives you 40 free dental services and full discounts on everything else.
What's the family price?
€22.82/mo total covers 3 to 6 family members - works out to less than €4/mo per person for a family of 6.
